What we review
The review covers the profile information available to us and the business facts you confirm. Recommendations distinguish visible observations from settings that need authorized account access.
- Business name, contact details, website and booking destination consistency
- Categories and listed services compared with actual services
- Hours, appointment expectations and useful business descriptions
- Available photos and how accurately they represent the business
- Review-request and response practices, based on genuine customer experiences
What useful recommendations look like
A recommendation should explain what to change, why it helps customers and which business fact supports it. For example, a booking link that opens a general homepage may deserve a direct appointment destination, if the salon has an authorized booking page.
We will not add services, business-name keywords, opening hours, locations or credentials that the owner cannot verify. Review guidance must reflect genuine customer experiences rather than invented testimonials or incentives for positive reviews.
Audit versus hands-on changes
Blueprint includes the GBP audit and recommendations. Search Foundation includes Blueprint’s work. Local Launch also includes optimization of one owner-authorized profile within the agreed scope. The business owner completes any final Google verification.
We do not create or claim a profile without permission. Verification outcomes, suspensions and reinstatement are controlled by Google and are not guaranteed by an optimization package.
Connect the profile with the website
The profile and website should tell a consistent story about services, location and contact routes. Service pages can explain appointments and consultations in more depth, while the profile helps customers take a next step. Growth content can support those explanations once the managed blog service is operational.
Common questions
Do you need my Google password?
Do not send passwords. If a selected service requires changes inside your profile, access should be granted through an appropriate authorized account role.
Is GBP optimization included in Growth?
No. Growth’s core scope is the managed blog. The GBP audit and authorized profile optimization belong to the separate one-time packages.
