Business accounts and content
We store the account details, business facts, branding, articles, approvals and connection settings you provide to operate your workspace and publish the content you approve. Workspace access is restricted to authorized business users and platform administrators. Published articles and public business branding are visible to visitors.
Optional Google reporting
When you connect Google, we request read-only Analytics and Search Console access. We read the account and property lists needed for selection, then retrieve aggregate traffic, page, referral and search performance for the properties you select. Reports cover the entire selected property, which can include both your main website and blog.
We use this data only to provide the reporting features you request. We do not sell Google data, use it for advertising or credit decisions, or send it to AI model providers for training or content generation. Google API data is handled under the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Google reporting data is not shared with other businesses in the editorial network. Human access is limited to your authorized users and necessary platform support or security work, or applicable legal requirements.
Storage and service providers
Google authorization credentials and cached reporting snapshots are encrypted in private server storage. Reporting snapshots are associated with your business, and reused for one hour to reduce unnecessary Google API requests. An older snapshot can remain stored until it is replaced or you disconnect. Credentials are never returned to your browser or included in public blog pages.
DreamHost hosts the application and private reporting storage. Vercel serves public custom-domain blogs. Resend delivers account and service emails. These providers process the information required for their roles. Google credentials and private reporting data are not included in public blog responses.
Disconnecting and deletion
Use Results → Google reporting → Disconnect to delete the connection credentials and saved reports for that business from our active database. Disconnecting reporting does not remove the separate Analytics tracking tag you may have installed. Clear the Measurement ID in Blog design & analytics to remove that tag from Rankvoga-hosted pages.
You can also revoke Rankvoga access from your Google Account. If the same Google account is connected to multiple businesses, revoking it at Google can affect all of those connections. Contact hello@atownjam.com for account deletion or other privacy requests.
Questions and changes
Email hello@atownjam.com with privacy questions or correction and deletion requests. We may need to verify your authority over the account before changing or deleting business data. We will update this page when these practices change and request new Google consent before using Google data for a new purpose.
