1. Confirm your business and access
An administrator provisions an enabled pilot business and supplies an owner invitation. Existing activated accounts can sign in with their current credentials. Confirm the business website and that you have permission to manage its content and branding.
Each business keeps its own assigned workspace. One owner can manage multiple assigned businesses, but an account does not gain access to another company simply by sharing an industry or network group.
2. Add the details only you can supply
Confirm the primary location, city, service area, actual services and booking or inquiry URL. Explain your first-hand expertise, audience, goals and preferred voice. These details help content reflect the business rather than a generic industry template.
3. Review your blog brand
With permission, scan the public website for palette and logo candidates. Review the scan results, adjust colors or the logo if necessary and approve readable branding. The original site is not redesigned by approving the blog palette.
4. Prepare and approve content
Use the private workspace to edit drafts and check business facts. Placeholder text and incomplete drafts are not ready for approval. Editing an approved draft returns it to review. Save changes online; the workspace warns about unsaved edits and warns before overwriting a newer saved version.
Approving a draft does not itself publish a public URL. Once the saved business setup is complete, a separate launch-panel action publishes approved articles to a Rankvoga-hosted pilot blog. Drafts and private setup notes remain private. Customer-domain publishing and a production content-generation pipeline are still being completed.
5. Verify the domain and launch the agreed service
The next operational steps are to verify the authorized blog subdomain, issue HTTPS, confirm approved content and complete the publishing workflow. Reporting needs separate authorized data connections. Growth billing starts when the agreed service is operational.
A business marked ready for launch review has completed its profile and editorial preparation. That state does not mean DNS is connected, the blog is public or billing has started.
Common questions
Can Rankvoga change my main website during the brand scan?
No. The brand scan reads authorized public website information. It does not log into your website or change its design.
Can I manage two companies with one account?
An owner account can manage multiple individually assigned business workspaces. Additional businesses still need administrator setup and an agreed service scope.
